Despite my reservations, I decided to give it another chance a few months ago when I stopped in for breakfast. I ordered two sausage McMuffins and was shocked to find that they were burnt to a crisp - the English muffin was black and as hard as a rock. I tried to eat through it but it was inedible. My chicken sandwich was brut on the bottom so I sent it back the guy that worked there was nice said sorry he would bring me a nother one then he brings me one and that one was also burnt!! I was getting a little mad and nauseous about sending it back put did it faintly got one that was right it was good sandwich and I wish I new his name he was nice felt sorry for him View all feedback.
This is the second time our order has been incorrect, with half the fries missing. We have been trying to contact the restaurant for a week and a half. We all know McDonald's can be expensive, so I expected to receive what I paid for. I understand.
What is the purpose of being in the drive-thru if they then ask you to park and wait for 10 minutes along with 4 other cars?
I unfortunately had a bad experience at this disappointing restaurant one evening. I tried to order a soda from the self-service kiosk because there was no employee at the front counter. Despite there being no other customers, I waited for 10 minutes just to get a cup so I could fill it with soda and leave. None of the employees helped me or even provided me with a cup, even though they walked by me and saw me waiting. My order remained on the monitor as "Processing" the whole time. The employees were chatting and goofing off, and the manager was on the phone but didn't assist me. I even tried calling the restaurant, but it went straight to voicemail. Finally, another customer entered and asked me what I was waiting for. They then went behind the counter and got me a cup. I strongly advise against visiting this restaurant.
It's important to consider the challenging conditions faced by the overworked and underpaid essential workers at this restaurant. However, the incompetence of the managers and the lack of training among the staff is truly unbearable. I have visited this establishment 8 times and each time my order has been incomplete, incorrect, or lost. The most egregious incident was when my order was actually deleted, and the manager offered a refund even though the food was visible. In the end, I received neither food nor a refund, and I have spent several days making phone calls and visits in an attempt to get my money back. As of now, I still have not received a resolution.

It's a shame because the location is convenient for me, but I would rather go out of my way to get a decent meal. I urge the management to pay more attention to their food quality and service, as well as their team's professionalism.
