I come to this location many times a week. About 1% of the time the ice cream is working. For eight years now. When I asked them why the ice cream is not available, the only answer the employees and even managers give is “I don’t know”with a shoulder shrug. Most unprofessional response you could give. From the caption greets on their drive thru from “ba da bap baaaaahh, what can I do it today?” to their clean uniforms happy professional staff I am lovin it! drive them away from my to protect this place. the gold standard of customer service. have never even received an incomplete order, the workers seem happy, eating looks as pretty as the pictures in show always tastes great! whoever owns this franchise location, the kudos for a great restaurant.
They never expect their playground to be open. since they did it in the early years. they are closing it all the time, talking out. Sounds like they were so used to being closed for 2 years that they never want to stop it (can no longer work for $15 per hour) they go to the higley and Brown site with their children's cans. enjoy!

I live in the neighborhood, and frequent this location often. The food is fine. It's McDonald's. But, 100% of the time we go to drive thu, something is wrong with the order. No ketchup when I ask for it, or no dip, or forgot the drinks for happy meals. I'm gonna blame management. Because it doesn't matter if it's the new kid or someone who looks like they've been there forever. Hopefully the new location at Gilbert Mckellips will be better!
