Only reason I'm giving this place a 4 instead of 5 because I got 3 banana split and they forgot the bananas on 2 of them x) but other than that is really good

Ok, ice cream horrible service from Estela [manager]. Order cheesecake icecream not really cheesecake crumbs ????. Service was ok at first then things took a turn south. Got there and lady approach me and asked if I was ready. I asked for more time she said to let her know when I was ready. then proceeded to go to there back room. At this point I had questions to ask and my daughter 's wanted to try a couple flavors but the lady never made eye contact with me or anything of that matter instead I waited until she came back around. finally she approaches me and then I tell her I 'm ready so then I proceed to ask a for a sample and then I asked a question she then proceed by telling me if I 'm actually ready to order. At this point I was being rushed for some reason.I start ordering when she realizes her friend is in line and they start having a full on conversation. She 's rushing me to order but yet is ok with having a full on conversation when she 's supposed to be helping me answering my questions. When she gets back to helping me I sarcastically proceed to ask her if she would like to help her friend which she got really defensive and after we went back and forth of her rolling her eyes multiple time I told her it was best if someone else helped me and she could go finish her gossip with her friend. The person that helped me after was really helpful. Horrible management and non existing customer service. Better icecream shops around to be putting up with the attitude.

The ice cream was delicious and the staff were very patient! Loved it!

Worst service I have ever experienced, especially the older lady. So rude doesn?t know anything about customer service and literally closed 10 mins earlier then what the hours said all I wanted was an ice cream that could of taken 30 seconds to serve. Many bad experiences with this lady.

It was good and i love their selection of flavors i got the cheese cake on top of the fresas con crema esta muy bien
