La Crab Shack - Mesa

I am currently visiting from the city and a friend recommended this place as the best spot for seafood. After trying it out, I completely agree. The service was fantastic, especially our server Aiden. He was extremely polite and friendly, making our dining experience wonderful. Overall, I will definitely be coming back to eat here again.

I had to deduct one star to prevent them from suffocating -0. None deserved it here. I truly believe that there was a mistake on my end or theirs when they said the kitchen was closing in 4 minutes! The supposed manager was extremely unprofessional and could benefit from some customer service training. I have never felt the need to leave a review before, but this was necessary! When I opened the box, I was shocked to see the slimy brown substance inside the fish. This is unacceptable!

My friend and I visited this restaurant for the first time yesterday. The female staff member at the front was very helpful, although I didn't catch her name, she was wearing a name tag. She even let us taste the flavors before we ordered and helped us pick the best value for our money. We tried the snow crabs, shrimp, and mussels, and it was delicious! We will definitely be returning. The atmosphere was cozy with tablecloths, candles, and gloves. I highly recommend it, 10/10.

Picked up an online order for 5 people all bags got tied together after home with a basket order missing. they had written on the order list that they were out of the missing basket main article. great time to find out that should have mentioned the fact when I pick up the order. I gave them a tipp with the online order. they said I had a loan for the missing position now and had received a credit voucher when they picked up. they are not used to credit the credit card via the phone. I told them to raise the tip to receive the credit post. I will not be a returning customer, oh, and have a great day!

Visited this past weekend, I had a shrimp and mussel bag, mild with their house blend and a frozen pina colada! Everything was delicious!!!! Our waitress was real nice as well and restaurant was packed! Will definitely be back!
