This special restaurant is consistently among the highest in cleanliness and employees happy personalities. I almost always command Turkey Tom. The only reason for my return to JJ is the sandwich bread. I don't know where it comes from, but I wish I could get it in a store. A great thanks to the hard working people there!

Today, they sent me two sandwiches. One was the correct country club, but the other had provolone cheese on it and looked like it had only four pieces of meat total. I found this almost insulting, especially since they mislabeled the sandwiches, making it a guessing game to figure out which was which before I realized they had messed up the bootlegger. I called to complain, and a very understanding and patient manager explained that there was a new employee who was making mistakes. She promised to fix the order and said it would be sent out in an hour when the driver was available. An hour later, the replacement order arrived, but it only had two tiny pieces of lettuce (they really take "light" seriously) and two sad slices of tomato drowning in mayonnaise. I foolishly expected that after the manager had acknowledged the issue and promised a correction, the team would have double-checked to ensure the sandwich was prepared correctly before sending it out again. Clearly, I was expecting too much. I really want to support this place, but do they even communicate these issues to their team? Are they truly committed to improving their service?
