Jack In The Box - Mesa

I really enjoy Jack in the Box and have been a loyal customer for 15 years. While there have been occasional mistakes at this location and other fast food restaurants, I always appreciate when they get it right as it can be inconvenient when they don't. In particular, I love their 13-ingredient grilled chicken sandwich. I have learned to double check my order before leaving to ensure everything is correct. I must give a shoutout to the staff at this location, as they are always thorough, friendly, and polite. I will continue to support my local Jack in the Box.

In 2011, as a recent graduate from Dobson High School and attending part-time courses at MCC, I used to visit a Jack in the Box across the street after finishing my classes. I would always order the number 7, the Ultimate Cheeseburger, with a side of curly fries. This routine lasted for two weeks until one day, I woke up at 3 o'clock feeling unwell. I was sweating profusely and my stomach was in knots. I rushed to the bathroom and experienced a very uncomfortable and unpleasant bathroom visit, likely due to the rich and heavy meal I had been consuming. After that experience, I decided to avoid Jack in the Box altogether. Whenever I see their advertisements, I am reminded of that incident. Despite the unpleasant outcome, I am grateful for the lesson it taught me about being cautious with my food choices.

They do not mix the chocolate and strawberry jake so I have a little frustrated a chocolate strawberry jake, but it is what I think other jack in the boxes need to do instead

I typically don't leave reviews for fast food restaurants, as the quick service experience doesn't usually leave a lasting impression. However, I was pleasantly surprised when I stopped at this particular location. The customer service from the employees, especially Ali working the late night shift, was exceptional. He was polite, well-trained, and efficient in preparing my order. Ali deserves a raise for his outstanding service.

Got the popcorn chicken box. Chicken was fried too hard and fries were cold and we were only 3 minutes from the restaurant and our fries were cold by the time we ate them ? ? ?
