Hungry Howie's Pizza - Mesa

General manager does not know how to run the store he is a mess and as I walk in I see a bottle of vodka and he is black out drunk on the kitchen floor. I like your food, but do better Hungry Howies!

Came in to pick up an order on Doordash and was told 10 min. 25 min later and not a single employee will acknowledge I'm still waiting. We don't get paid waiting on these so please respect our time. Not cool.

Last minute change of plans needed to feed a large crew. Made an online order, order was ready and food was done well. Store was clean and staff attentive. The stuffed crust pizza was a huge hit. ?

Love their pizza but their service really needs some help. I order here often. I had an issue once before but gave them the benefit of the doubt and continued to give them my business. Tonight I think I'm done. I guess they partner with Door Dash to deliver their delivery orders. Door Dash delivered my pizza with no notice and set it to the side of my door. After waiting for an hour and 20 minutes. I called Hungry Howie's to see what was going on and the said it had been delivered an hour before. I went out the door and it was sitting off to the left of my door. No door bell, knock or anything. The person I spoke to said they would send a fresh one delivered by their driver. Which was great but when the driver got here he said he needed the previous pizza back. I told him I had thrown it out. He said I needed to get it out of the trash so he could show it to his manager. That is horrible customer service! I would suggest delivering your own pizza's, Door Dash has poor service and you followed with even worse service.

Order ahead on weekends. Went in after watching the latest TMNT movie with my son, thinking we could get a pizza in a reasonable time, and one of two staff (that I could see) told me it would be 60-90 minutes.....dang it. They need more space.
