They were very sweet to us and gave us donuts when we dined in. Seems like it’s set up after Covid to be more of a takeout place though, so that’s what we have transitioned to. My family has been getting takeout from here for years, and they have even become a staple in our Christmas dinner tradition because the food is just that delicious. The quality is always top-notch, and the customer service is consistently excellent. What sets this place apart is their creative twists on traditional Chinese dishes. I highly recommend trying their pineapple curry fried rice, it's one of my personal favorites on the menu.

Definitely a cool flavor/texture combo with the gravy and the egg fu yung. I was surprised how good the orange chicken was and the fried rice was good in and of itself. Would recommend if you're looking for great portion sizes and great tasting food.

The portions... read more I have been a regular customer here for a couple of years, but they dropped the ball today. I ordered a Pad Thai for me and the same for my friend. The portions were literally half size, again I order here all the time. Maybe they were small because itwas lunch time, but I still paid for dinner size portions. On top of that our noodles were leaning towards being soup their wasso much watery sauce. So considering the portion size, we basically got charged double for wet dripping unappetizing noodles. Iam guessing my friend will not decide to return here. This has been my family's favorite place so we will give them anotherchance, but we will also start looking for a new place in case we want it. 5 minutes later, we ended up having to eat ournoodles with a spoon because they were a chopped up wet mess. With all the sauce resulting from the spoons this was no betterthan a microwave pad thai which is to say disgusting.

I frequently order takeout, and it always arrives steaming hot without any loss in quality. Their soups are especially exceptional—perfect for when you’re feeling under the weather. This isn't just your average "Chinese" restaurant; it's on an entirely different level. The flavors are fresh and delicious, made with high-quality ingredients, and everything is cooked to perfection. I cannot recommend this place highly enough!

Perhaps other dishes are better, or maybe they just need to improve their kitchen skills. I happened to be in the area but I don't feel inclined to return. Unfortunately, the Thai coconut curry tasted neither of coconut nor curry; it was more akin to a brown sauce from a plastic bag. I had to send it back. In exchange, I received a mix of double-fried and stale-tasting sesame chicken. The fried rice was inedible, even though I was quite hungry. On a positive note, I thought the egg roll was good, which contrasts with other reviews; although, I wouldn’t say it’s any better than a Jack in the Box egg roll.

There is about 5 to... read more Went to Ginger Zing at 3460 east southern in mesa. This was our first visit there. This is a smaller Asian restaurant which is family owned. There is about 5 to 6 tables here. We where there for a little earlier dinner. The service was very good, the staff very courteous. We had 3 people in our party, for our meals we had ordered were Hawaiian Carmeal Shrimp, Yuzaing Shrimp, and Honey Sesame Chicken. The food was very good and served piping hot to our table. The price's are reasonably, and before we left we were served a complimentary order of donuts. Will certainly be visiting this restaurant again.

I've tried several dishes here, and I've never been disappointed! The customer service is excellent, and the food is packed with flavor. It always arrives quickly and is served hot and fresh. Even when I order through delivery services like Uber or Grubhub, it gets here super fast! It's a fantastic place, and I would highly recommend it.
