Firehouse Subs Signal Butte - Mesa

This situation of firehouse is simply not good, was not about in the year here, although there are 2 minutes of home because it is always something. decided to launch it another attempt today, very slow service. ordered a big hook and ladder without deli senf, not crazy I thought. they get the half of the sink sub and the half of the truthahn sub, which also had deli senf on it. I don't get it almost $14 for this sub and can't do it right. find another location or another place in this area.

I love firehouse subs, unfortunately this location has issues with being timely in their service and communication to customers of wait times. The last 3 times I've gone there there have been extremely long wait times (40+ minutes. In addition to the long wait the cashier also didn't know how to use the rewards to scan for points. It was pretty frustrating. I will go out of my way to go to a different location because of the service issues around this store.

Great Subs great people and we have never been disappointed in the service or food. We will be eating Firehouse Subs from now on!!!

Ordered a turkey bacon ranch and wanted chicken instead of turkey... took my sandwich to-go ... and NO BACON! I normally would just let this go but for an 11$ sandwich this was so not worth it... it wasn't even busy no excuse for missing it except just employees who don't care to follow the order correctly

The service at this location is always sub par. I 've waited anywhere from 15-30 minutes for my order on every occasion. There response on checking on the order is ALWAYS we are working on that now Apologies for the wait are insincere. They really don 't care. I 've encountered probably 4 or 5 different representatives working behind the counter at this store and none really represent Firehouse Subs in the way I suspect the owners would want them to be represented. No acknowledgment to the customer, no smile,nothing. I 've decided to stop visiting this location after giving them multiple chances to provide at least decent customer service. This store needs a good manager!!!
