What Nestor Ledner doesn't like about Firehouse Subs Mckellips Marketplace:
The quality has gotten to be terrible at this location. Old bread and dry meat. Pickles were old. Order was missing sandwich. Jersey Mikes or any other option is better. Won?t be ordering again even with the 20 dollar credit they gave us. View all feedback.
Very excellent work. When I came home, I wish I had bought two sandwiches instead of the one. you have done a great job. Thank you.
I've been going to this location for years. This is the first time I have been extremely disappointed with the quality of the sandwich not to mention my order was completely screwed up and backwards. What I (ordered) Hook and Ladder on wheat no onions, New York Steamer on white how I comes. What I received, Hook and Ladder meat and the cheese only on white none of the condiments it was supposed to come with very dry sandwich. New York Steamer on wheat with the condiments that should have on the Hook and Ladder including the onions. This was a soggy sandwich very disappointed in the lack of attention to detail that clearly took place. If I wanted soggy nasty sandwiches I'd go to Subway.I've purchased dozens of sandwiches at this location and this is the I've been this disappointed with what I received.

Not a big fan of sandwich shops because the meat to bread ratio is way off but the few times that I do it's Firehouse subs because they have corned beef and pastrami. I just get the medium with extra meat.
Another chain restaurant that seems so be slipping. I remember when this first opened about 10 years ago, the place was great. Perhaps it was because they were understaffed this day?
