Tldr: Overall pretty overpriced and we won't be back. Lots of other better burger places out there. We wanted to try out a new burger place and saw some good reviews here. Pretty disappointed overall. The chicken tenders were the only good thing, crispyand juicy and the jalapeño ranch dipping sauce (which they forgot to give us was flavorful. The burger, oh the burger....wasnot good. $12 for the ultimate cheeseburger with bacon gave us high expectations. First, the signature brand smashed the bun andmade it look like it was old and forgotten on the back shelf of a McDonald's. No condiments whatsoever (maybe intentional? andthe condiments station was dirty, out of ketchup and only had mayonnaise. The fries are probably personal preference. I don'tlike this particular style where I think they toss them in something that makes them come out brown and wilted, not crispy atall. Wingstop has almost identical fries. So again, this may be your preferred type of fries, just pointing it out. We may havebeen served an old batch because they weren't very pleasnt. At least they were really salty which I like. They were out ofonion rings which was one of the main reasons we came because they look amazing in the pictures. The service was not good andnot bad. They forgot a couple things on our order but then the guy brought our tray to us outside which made me give an extrastar. So good job to him!

6 Month Review One word, Quality. My family and I love The Habit Burger but decided to switch to BurgerFi about 6 months ago. The quality of the food is evident when you devour it. Clean meat. Great options for the entire family. Great Service. Themanager is always so friendly. The only negative I would give them is the a la cart menu however, the food is so delicious wedon't mind, nor do most.

My wife and I decided to try BurgerFi, eager to taste their Wagyu Beef Hot Dogs, and we were very impressed! She loved her New York-style hot dog with sauerkraut and mustard—it’s now her favorite. She especially loves the char-grilled cooking style that adds incredible flavor. I tried both the New York and Texas-style hot dogs, the latter loaded with chili, cheese, and hot sauce—absolutely delicious! The fries were excellent too. We enjoyed our meal so much that we ordered takeout again the same night. The service was always quick and friendly. The rest of the menu looks great, and the restaurant offers both indoor and outdoor seating, which is a nice bonus. Highly recommend!

The burgers were pretty tasty, though a bit expensive. The onion rings were large and incredibly flavorful. For two people, the bill exceeded $40. Next time, I’ll likely order just one portion of onion rings.

Burgerfi’s burger was fairly decent, which is the only reason I’m giving it two stars. However, it wasn’t anything special—it was slightly overcooked, and given that I paid $23.04 for my meal, my expectations were higher. I would have much rather spent my money at either The Habit next door or Five Guys across the street. The menu didn’t offer enough to justify the price in my opinion.
