My drink tasted like it had melted and they just added more ice looked like it had been sitting there for a while instead of them making the order fresh, (on to... read more My drink tasted like it had melted and they just added more ice looked like it had been sitting there for a while instead of them making the order fresh, (on top of it being the wrong drink since i ordered the carmel latte and got one with chocolate.. especially if the order wasn't due for pick up till a certain time technically my driver was only 5 minutes late.. my food i ordered the totts egg guac buddha breakfast it was soggy and it was just not good. Im fine with it being late but late and poor quality no... need to figure out a better system for your drivers and prepping. I don't like leaving bad reviews.. but it was my honest experience just now..and bummed. I'm sure you guys have good days and bad but I don't think i will try you guys again if this is going to be my experience..

I or... read more The food was great and tasted delicious. The coffee tasted good, but the problem i had was the coffee not coming how it was described or shown on the menu. I ordered the s 'mores coffee. The menu described, Chocolate sauce, toasted marshmallow syrup, graham cracker crumbles, choice of milk, topped with whipped cream and a smore sandwich. and what i got was a plain coffee just with toasted marshamllow flavor and Graham cracker on the bottom of the drink.. There was no s 'mores sandwich, no chocolate sauce and not even the whipped cream... this was a huge disappointment. If i even just had the whipped cream with drizzle of the chocolate sauce on top, i would be more than satisfied with that. But it came so plain... the flavor of the coffee was nice though. I Just wished they actually did what they decribed on their menu, whether it be delivery or drinking it in shop.. hopefully they can do something to fix the issue.
