The staff here is incredibly helpful, and I was greeted with a smile as soon as I walked in! It’s clear that they are dedicated to both their job and their customers, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. I absolutely love Bosa Donuts!

This brings me to her unwavering preference for Bosa Donuts. She believed that any donut not baked in a Bosa oven simply didn’t measure up. In her opinion, Bosa’s breakfast menu wasn’t just a solid choice; it was the best in its category, outshining many competitors. Surprisingly, the quality of the food isn’t even the standout feature of this establishment. That honor goes to the staff. At every Bosa location I’ve visited, I’ve encountered kind, patient, and helpful employees who go above and beyond to ensure a great donut experience. Choosing to dine at Bosa rather than at a generic, soul-less chain was an easy decision for my family and has been passed down through generations. It’s a cherished tradition we fully enjoy.

The restaurant needs to improve their ordering process. I waited nearly 20 minutes for my order, while others received theirs much sooner. There seems to be a poor management system in place for tracking orders.

The mixed drinks are really good, but the Asian woman who creates the place is really rude. she was more than once rude to me. she was rude to my daughter before me and I didn't tip her. I also asked for a whipped cream on my drink and the last two times I was forgetting her and she was so rude I didn't want to ask her to put a whipped cream on it. today, right after I put into my drink order, she said a whole bunch of words in another language and I think she sweared and complained about me, although I'm never rude to her. now I don't want to go there anymore and I? ve was less and less there.

I asked for a strawberry smoothie but I got a strawberry milkshake instead. Nice variety of sugary treats.
