The staff at Black Rock went above and beyond to take care of us, even though it was closing time. The employees were friendly and the drinks were delicious. We made the extra effort to drive to this location because it is the only one nearby that stays open later than the others. Their specials are consistently fantastic and a great way to sample new drinks. View all feedback.

They aren't really good with following directions on drinks. There is always something wrong with my drink. Today it was the wrong size and the line was too long in drive thru and inside to go back in to change it. You might ask why I keep going, because my family likes going there. Whenever you call in it says to text the number you called and they would call you back. I never do. View all feedback.
We loved this place!!! Artists talking shop and lots of friendly people. I don't know why, but directions here broke my GPS . We were supposed to meet someone at 10am and the GPS took us in circles and it was a 15 minute delay. I believe you just have to know where this place is.
Best location of the entire franchise. Everyone from Rachel and Violet to the entire staff treats you like family and you always feel welcome. They are an asset to this company. You can never have enough caffeine.
Tasty coffee, cool atmosphere, plenty of space to sit and work, friendly staff, ample parking plus a drive thru. Everything you want in a neighborhood coffee shop. Is there better coffee in the world? Of course. Edit: changing the review to 4 stars after being here for a few days in the last 2 weeks working. There are an uncanny number of flies which pose both a sanitation problem and a quality problem. I can’t get as much work done if there are 2-3 flies on me at all times. They seem to congregate near the back of the store where the rear door is always left open.
Tasty and ALWAYS GOOD coffee!! Their fuels (energy drinks) are just as good! The people are quick and friendly!
