We tried this place for a late lunch. We were greeted and seated right away. You cook your own food. You take a picture of the menu (due to Covid). The server brought out starter meats then passed by after a few minutes to see if you wanted any additional meats. The restaurant was clean and so were the restrooms. The service was very good. They meats were very good. The fried chicken was not to our taste. We enjoyed... View all feedback.
What Hanna Reichert doesn't like about Bbq House Korean Bbq:
I know that nowadays it is difficult that restaurants are coworkers and keep all the elements on the menu. our first experience was disappointing. several articles were either not available or not ready to serve an hour after their advertised opening times. the service was limited to a person with short-term memory problems. a bright spot was the Tofu soup. it was hot and tasteful. The first time in this restaurant. from the get-go it was pretty clear that they cut back to cost. While each high school child could create a QR code, they can view the menu they want to make a picture of the menu before they sit down. the salatable has only three items on it and the salate resembles more a Koleslaw mix than an salate mix. it is a Korean restaurant, but they are made of fried rice, they were also dessert. the food itself was decent. considering that only one hired is in service, the service was pretty good. for the price, however, they find some better restaurants that do the same.
We went in and it was very empty. they had a sign that said, please wait to take a place. also they had these big menus and a sign that said, please take a picture of the menu. we stood in the waiting area for 15 minutes and never saw anyone. we turned and went.
Unfriendly, not customer service friendly!! The food is good! Please don't watse your on the rice. The All you Can Eat is tasty however can't take anything leftover. So keep that in mind and don't hesitate to check the location out.Enjoy
