Barro's Pizza - Mesa

Terrible service. Was told 1 hour wait for my pizza. Okay fine. Come back in an hour and was told they needed another 30 minutes.... Okay..... Come back in 30 minutes and they need another 20 minutes. lol what a joke. Will not be supporting this location and you shouldn't either.

I don't recall her name but she was super helpful with my son and I even though we went up there like 8 times lol I really appreciate it

Ordered online and was told 25 minutes which was confirmed by email. Go to pick up and was told it would be 10 more minutes. After 57 minutes (32 minutes longer than promised) my pizza was ready but now they can't find my wings. A few minutes later my wings show up but was obvious they were sitting around because the wings were cold. I even tipped when ordering which you should never do here because service is bad. I wish I would have read reviews about how they never have orders ready on time. If I had known the promised time would more than double I could have ordered earlier so my family was left waiting.

I switched to delivery from this location and I'm loving it! Pizza arrives on time, hot and delicious. I now opt for the thin crust, I love the pepperoni and my wife loves the white pizza.

I called to check in on my order kaityln said hold plz after I had to ask her name I told her my order was over an hour and 15 min and said she couldn 't do anything about it. the counter girls are always so rude and don 't care. ordered all flat wings didn 't get that and food is cold
