Applebee's Grill - Mesa

Can I for dinner with my family, and it?s was slow! But it took 25 minutes for our food! But when I came it was COOL?? Why?? So they took it back to recook and 20 minutes later? And instead of putting it on a clean plate they pit it back on my old plate? No presentation, very sloppy I?m so done!!! This is why it took us 5 years to come back! I?m going to have to rethink my choices.

I ordered a carside to go order. I arrived just before my given time. I tried using the link in the text i was sent but was given an error message that my order was not found. After 6-7 min of waiting and messing with the link that didn 't work, I called and told them I was there. I live less than 2 miles away. By the time I got home all orders of fries were cold and soggy, wonton tacos were soggy and all other entrees were room temp at best. I ordered the brew pub loaded waffle fries. What a joke. They were soggy and cold, the cheese and bacon was sparse and globbed in 1 spot and I never got the side of ranch it was supposed to come with. The pics are of the soggy wonton taco bottom and the miniscule cheese and bacon on the loaded waffle fries. I have yet to have a decent meal ordering carside. Even if I show up early or on time my food is not hot.

This place is horrible!!!!! I would never return or recommend this place. The waitress could not get our order correct. She attempted about 5 times and the drinks still never made it to the table. My son's kids meal was wrong when she brought his food the pizza had a roach on the bottom of it. The Manger only credit my son's food and my husband's and I didn't even eat our food after bring disgusted. We still paid the bill. The manager said it was a piece of the stove and crumbled the roach with his fingers. It was so disgusting.

Our server ava was excellent. ava was attentive, friendly and has chosen our meals perfectly. my wife and I first had the chocolate meltcake so we can enjoy dessert. it was recommended by our server and ava was right; it is her best dessert. we enjoyed the boneless wing app and I had the 8 ounces sirloin as my escape. the steak was very hard and would not recommend it, but the two-rings were beautiful and crispy (always still ate my steak tho . thank you. ava hopes to have them again soon:

So a wonderful place to munch, everything is so delicious and perfect! I sounded like a kindergarten that explains it to you. the personal is top notch friendly.. about the tip to make your eating experience perfect!
