The cook guides the riding claw personally and cooks with body and soul. The Savengers are beaten and freshly stuffed. The satin sauce is unique. The rag steak with onions and mushrooms is very tasty and the pommes are also very well seasoned (including paprika) and cross. A weekly changing map with regional specialties attracts us again and again. My wife also likes the different salads especially well. With a wine choir, the evening is cozy and perfect.
