Everywhere mistakes are made, that is normal, everyone sometimes makes mistakes. There have been several mistakes here, but it has not been a single excuse. I haven't experienced that elsewhere. In case of extra requests regarding pizza, I recommend to everyone to talk about the price in advance, then you don't have to wonder the extra broccoli on a pizza actually costs 3€ surcharge.
