What User doesn't like about The Charles Holden:
Staff are good. Food so-so, roast beef was ok but nothing special. Although to be fair is priced at about £6-7 less than that in Wimbledon or Balham/Clapham, for example. I'd direct anyone seeking a good Sunday roast in SW London to the Cyclist in Balham, or Jolly Gardeners in Earlsfied. View all feedback.

Great cake, good selection of tap and a great atmosphere in the indoor and in the garden terrace. the barmann was very friendly and especially helpful. a great place in colliers wood
Large free space, very friendly for dog owners and families with young children, as they even have a place for the little ones to keep busy while adults can enjoy a nice, cold drink! eating is nice, average price. somewhat disappointed, no cocktails in the menu, even basic, but perhaps this is to be expected for a pub? we had a great time!
The staff was very friendly and the food was fantastic. patti loved the fish and chips (haaddock . I had scotch bonnet wing (medium heat.) right opposite our subway station.
The Charles Holden is a BEAUTIFUL pub. The staff are all absolutely lovely and you can tell they love working there. The pub is good for families, they even brought colours to the table for my 2 year old. They have a beautiful beer garden adjacent to the Wandle Park, which makes it feel like you're not even in the city! Love it! My favourite pub of all times!
