Good food and a wonderful view of mértola. I liked the toast especially with asparagus, delicious! the price was reasonable, although meat proportions could be larger.

What a great experience! I started with a glass house wine and some local cheese and charcoal, that was really tasteful. then as the head I took the lambchop with sawed vegetables and potatoes. that was sublim, wise of mint and zitrus filled my mouth with taste. the lamb was juicy and delicious. I ordered a coffee to finish. I have a beautiful double espresso. they can always judge a restaurant at the espresso and since this was a great espresso, so that was a great restaurant with beautiful people and great eating. Thank you!

The restaurant with the best view in Mértola/ Além Rio. From the terrace you've got a stunning view on the Mértola castle and the surrounding village, especially when the sun starts to set. You do need to make a reservation if you want to be seated on the terrace on some nights. The service was excellent and fast. The waitor spoke English very well. Prices are fair. The restaurant offers great, local products like cheeses, wines, meats, fish and vegetables. The only reason I'm not giving it a perfect score is that the vegetarian main course we had, was a little bland. I would highly recommend this place!

Was there for a private event (wedding). Great place to chill with beautiful view of Mértola.

Booked us in eveen thought he had a party of 50.....perfect host charming and attentive...was a fixed portuguese meal as we were warned..excellent!!!!..looking forward to trying your menu Nelson ...thanks for a delightful lunch ..highly recommended
