Papa John's Pizza - Merthyr Tydfil

Placed an order online, 15mins later walked in the shop, order was waiting for me, piping hot. They offered to give me a hand to the car. Can't fault them. Excellent

This restaurant is one of the best, but I would give it 5 stars if they offered delivery in Rhymney. It's only a 20-minute drive away. Both Tredegar and Ebbw Vale provide a delivery service, and the food always arrives hot. I don't understand why Papa John's hasn’t expanded their delivery range. They are one of the best options around, and it seems like they are missing out on a lot of business by not serving the next borough, which falls under Rhymney Merthyr and is so close.

We had a wonderful experience at this restaurant with great service and a friendly staff. The girl at the counter even went out of her way to find and request an additional discount that we didn't know about. The pizzas were prepared quickly and were absolutely delicious. We opted to sit outside, and the tables and chairs were just right for us.

I had an absolutely fantastic experience with the pizza from Papa John's. They offer a great selection, and the toppings along with the generous amount of cheese are always top-notch, cooked to perfection every time. The staff at the Merthyr location are wonderful; they always seem to enjoy their work and are consistently happy and polite. The pizzas are simply amazing—some of the best I've ever tasted. I've never had a bad experience there. I really can't understand why anyone would choose Domino's when they could enjoy Papa John's instead; they completely outperform them!
