Merritt Island Pancake House

This place is amazing! I have lived on Merritt Island for almost 30 years and my favorite meal is breakfast and this place certainly provides a quality breakfast. They have every conceivable pancake combination under the sun and their aromas are unique and diverse. My father also has a heavy allergy on peanuts and each patiently answered the questions of my father, were very suitable to treat the situation (separate cooking station), and did this in a friendly and thoughtful way. My parents talked to the owner for a few minutes and she was brilliant and personal. This is really a place where you feel like family and their food is great. My parents and I will return safely.

Better then IHOP, Waffle House, Cracker Fass and any other breakfast place in Brevard. They do not receive the amount of food for the prices they charge. Servings are huge! Prices are cheap! My waitress had a friendly demeanor. I'll be back. Pancakes are my favorite breakfast meal next to Corn Muffins! Nice place Kelly and Steve!

This place is amazing! Wonderful staff, great coffee, and the food.... I’m a big guy and I love breakfast food! I had the country bowl and it was delicious!
