Hana Japanese Cuisine - Merrimack

New restaurant with vegan options! it's very clean. the waiting staff is friendly and conscious vegan items. we have the vegan die fry ramen and vegan bun. both were delicious, fresh and arranged like a high-end restaurant. there are some vegan sushi options. we have the avocado peanut and oshinka (pickled radish). so good! definitely recommend this place.

We got the croquette to start fried tofu for appetizers, and then I got the Tom Yum. The soup was very heavy on the fish sauce/fishiness, which can be tingling. It was delicious, but I think you really need to balance this special seasoning with all the others, so people don't get angry. It has a very *smack you in the face * smell. Anyway, my food was friend with her avocado and cucumber roles as well as enthusiastic. Very good overall.

Great plant-based options! I love their vegan corner options and they have some meatless sushi rolls. The vegan ramen and poke bowl are some of my favorites. The LA Moon Tea is excellent, a must try!

This is my first time at Hana in Merrimack NH. This will definitely not be my last visit! The quality of the sushi I got phenomenal and very well done! Thank you. Hana for the beautiful culinary experience today!

I love this place. As a vegan who is also gluten-free, it is hard to eat. Hana has a large menu with a vegan section. My favorite is the vegan ramen- I replace the noodles for rice noodles. The restaurant is small and cute, and the service was always great.
