Bite Me Kupcakez - Merrimack

I made the mistake to think they only sold candy, but they also have delicious gluten-free breakfast sandwiches! You would never know that the Bagels are GF, so delicious!!

FANTASTIC!!!! Better than any other GF bakery by far. Most GF bakeries seem to specialize in two goals 1) making it GF and 2) making sure it tastes as weird as possible! Not so at Bite Me! Here it everything just tastes GREAT!! And NORMAL. You could easily bring these desserts to a party of wheat-gobbling whiners and no one would ever know they were GF. And thats prob the highest compliment you can give a GF bakery. We do not live nearby, we just have family in the area. But now we know where to go every time — and I mean EVERY TIME — we are in town!!!

Absolutely delicious! I've been wanting to visit Merrimack and try this bakery for years, and I finally had the chance. As the owner of a small garden shop, I had two consultations scheduled in Merrimack, so I took advantage of my lunch break to stop by and grab a treat. Everything was fantastic! It felt so liberating (and a bit unusual) to be able to just walk in and enjoy something without having to ask a million questions or take any risks. I tried the vegan coffee cake, fudge cake, vegan chocolate chip cookie, and an oat-free cookie. I will definitely be back to sample more goodies—perhaps a bagel when I return to work in Merrimack very soon. Highly recommended! I was tempted to order one of everything!

I really dislike this restaurant! Due to some medical conditions, my dietary restrictions are quite strict. I have Celiac disease, and I also struggle with self-control when it comes to food. Everything I've tried here has been incredibly tasty—not just good for gluten-free options, but genuinely delicious. Fantastic bakery! I visited for the first time, and it certainly won't be my last. The staff is unique, friendly, and professional, and I really appreciate that they offer gluten-free, dairy-free, and ice-free options. It's rare to find a place like this. Give it a try—you'll love it!
