Tucked on the Merrimac side of Lake Wisconsin, this cozy lakeside eatery delivers standout thin‑crust pizza, memorable baked fish (especially parmesan‑crusted cod), generous calzones and comforting pasta — all at wallet‑friendly $10–20 prices. We had the parmesan crusted cod. It is, hands down, THE BEST fish dinner I 've ever had! Yes, they also have amazing thin crust Pizza, which is the best pizza in the area, but their fish, oh my lort...10/10. The fun-size establishment is kind of small, with 5, six person hi-top tables and a bar. The service is quick, and you can also order take-out. The staff is fun, friendly, and attentive as well! The location is a little ways outside of Prairie du Sac, on Lake Wisconsin, with plenty of outside seating in the summer. I highly recommend this place! Oh, please tell Clay, who is, by far, the best bartender I know that I sent ya! That boy has a winning smile and dimples for days!! This restaurant is situated on the Merrimac side of Lake Wisconsin. We took the ferry over after 6 PM to avoid traffic, and we had a table for seven. The fish is baked, and you can choose from four different flavors: Lemon Pepper, Parmesan Crusted, Cajun, and Buttered. We tried the Lemon Pepper and Cajun, and both were fantastic. Each dish comes with a choice of potato or rice and a salad. They also offer shrimp. Others in our party enjoyed the large and small calzones, which were impressive as well. The large calzone serves 2-3 people, while even the small one can feed 1-2. The service was excellent, and the bartender, Clayton, was particularly accommodating. There is some outdoor seating available. The restaurant is on the smaller side, so it's a good idea to plan ahead. You can reach it by boat or car.
