Ordered through the drive thru and wh... read more Had a handful of issues with this location but nothing that really stopped us from coming. Tonight however was ridiculous. Ordered through the drive thru and when handed our drinks there was no ice and they were **** warm. Husband had to go in and ask for new drinks to which the woman working just stared at him for a moment and said they were out of ice. He asked if he could just refill himself and she said yes and the drinks were cold when he came back out. Not sure why they were literally room temperature when handed to us as you could tell from touching the cups. Pretty ridiculous.

Overall, the meal was disappointing.

Came here for dinner 3 hours before close. they didn’t have any chicken because it was all “froze” so i got tacos. meat was cold and had hair in it. so i ordere... read more Came here for dinner 3 hours before close. they didn’t have any chicken because it was all “froze” so i got tacos. meat was cold and had hair in it. so i ordered a chicken sandwich. manager told me the buns were froze too and nobody took out enough of anything today. i looked back behind the kitchen and all employees were huddled around another employees phone. if i could rate it 0 i would.
