The restaurant is nice inside. Employees struggle when you order and we had to remind them we didn't get a drink with a kids meal. Banana shake had strings in it and the cheese for the pretzel bites was oily. View all feedback.

Talk about being ignored. Sat waiting at the window for over 5-7 minutes and no one even acknowledged me, employees just ignored me as they kept talking. Eventually I was asked If I had paid yet or am waiting for my order. I said I haven't paid, then was read of the wrong meal which I was like uh no? I just ordered cheese curds. Finally got my food. The best fast food restaurant in Merrill. The food is always great. It's always clean inside with a friendly staff. The drive thru takes more time due to them making the food from scratch. The prices have gone up, but I feel you get better food than McDonald's.

Culvers is becoming my go to place when I am traveling; consistently good.
Sometimes when I'm feeling extra down bad I'll get TWO double butter burgers ???
