I've visited Bonita a few times before, but my last experience was probably the worst. My dinner reservation wasn't registered, which meant we ended up at a table in the bar area. It was very cramped and loud. Also, the chips on the nachos were overcooked. It was frustrating not to have a proper table despite having made a reservation earlier. I probably won't go back. Great food and great service. Friendly and kind staff. However, extremely noisy. We just ate and had one drink, I barely managed to talk to my boyfriend who was in front of me. View all feedback.
One of the best places on the Gold Coast great food great atmosphere
I would recommend but only for cheap taco night. The service was below average which was really disappointing as it used to be awesome. We waited 15 minutes and then had to ask a waitress for drinks. She was clearly annoyed as she didn’t look after our area. We were surprised because it wasn’t busy either when we were there, it didn’t get busy until about 8pm. We then had to ask someone else to order. When we flagged someone down and ordered drinks again, they didn’t take the empty ones from our table, nor did they take the empty plates. They used to. The staff weren’t friendly either.. The tacos have also changed which is a real bummer. I used to love going to Bonita however it’s changed a lot.

The best tacos ever! Dont ever change them! The portions are perfect too!
