What can I say... intrigued after seeing the 4 restaurant programme, I said to myself why not go there and try it too, so we start from Sicily for Puglia. The environment is certainly strange, full of ancient relics but it is as nice as the owner 's son who presents himself well, in our area we say a character . Now the food... Vintage objects crowd the old antique dealer's premises, bicycles loom from above and graffiti takes up every space on the walls. The innkeeper is friendly and sits at the tables chatting with the customers. He says that fried meatballs are his specialty, but in truth they arrive a little burnt.
