Let me just say, WOW. This can be one if the BEST eating experiences we've ever had. We chose our last night in France to make our last meal a great one, and BLISSS certainly exceeded that. Do not let the...Location scare off, BLISSS is located in Merignac, closer to the airport as the city center, in a kind of strip-mall. The visit is worth it. In fact, it was perfect for staying near the airport for our last night. Reservations are required because this restaurant has a limited number of seats due to the intimate experience they offer. Isabelle was a pleasure and made sure everything was confirmed and felt very welcome. The whole experience was a culinary masterpiece. Since the cook prepares every delicate course, you are invited to guess the flavors and ingredients, which leads to a fun, adventurous, romantic dinner-centric evening. And my God was all delicious!! Treat yourself to BLISSS as it is expensive, but you pay more than just a meal. This is a memory we've been riding for years! Merci!
We had a dinner in October 2022, the food was good and the experience was even better than the food, definitely back!
