Taco Bell - Meridianville

Nothing we requested on the menu was available. Then was told they were out of one thing when we got to the window. I will never go back to ths location. Its happened several times

I was at this location one hour ago in the drive thru. While waiting for my food at the window I noticed 2 employees wearing mask and two employee(one being the manager)not wearing a mask. I ended up asking the drive thru associate if mask were required? His response was Yes . I then pointed the direction of the two not wearing mask. With all of this covid going on you would think that manager would be taking this serious and leading by example.

I loved how helpful the man in the drive thru was. He helped me with menu items and my food was hot and fresh. Even though they were about to close soon, unlike other Taco Bell?s, he was very friendly and didn?t try to rush me.

Was not aware of the hours but saw they were open and decided to stop. Apparently it was 5 minutes before they closed and the cashier was extremely rude about what time they 're closing .... I asked does that mean you don 't want me to place an order she told me to proceed but then was hateful again about the hours so until this place gets some adults running it that aren 't worried about 5 minutes I will not be back. If I quit performing my job 5 minutes before my shift ended I would be fired.

Today our food was very sloppy before even eating we had to clean up the outside wrapper. This was no good for drive-thru service. the xtra i have to pay to add sour cream should be dispersed across the taco not one blob on one end! ? 3/15/19 was not a good service day-but we luv TB!
