Pizza Hut - Meridianville

Best pasta ever!! The bread did not look good, I was upset until I tasted it! IT WAS DELISH!!!

Order a pizza with my rewards points. When I picked my pizza and got to car I realized it wasn't what I ordered.I went back inside and told the manager that my pizza was not what I ordered online.Without hesitation he said what did you order we will remake it for you.There wasn't a flinch he immediately re made my pizza.With all the pizza choices that we have,this service is why I will continue to order from this location.The pizza was good but the service was 5 star great!

I ordered four pizzas for my son's birthday party yesterday, and unfortunately, they were not well made. There was hardly any sauce and barely any cheese. I used to really enjoy this location, but I'm disappointed every time I order pizza from here now. I may not return.

After sitting there for another 45 minutes, I decided to call back, only to be put on hold again. When another person picked up, I reminded them of my lengthy wait for the pizzas. I also had my 2-year-old asleep in the car with me. They apologized, but after another five minutes, my pizza was finally brought out. The staff member apologized, but no one offered to make up for the long wait. This is not how a business should run. Overall, the service was terrible.

I’m not sure what’s happening with the sauce, but it was so salty that I couldn’t eat my meal. The last time I ordered, it was even worse! There was so much sauce that the toppings kept sliding off. I’ve always been a fan of Pizza Hut, but my last two orders have been disappointing. In the past, we’ve ordered and been really pleased with the taste. However, the sauce was overwhelmingly strong and really took away from the overall experience. I’m not quite sure how to explain it.
