I went thru drive thru. A portion of my order was wrong which, I discovered after pulling out of the parking lot. I do a u turn and go in the restaurant. Fast forward to me having a conversation with the cashier because they are giving the food that I left with to the person who ordered it. I explained that as a customer I writing want food that was returned a a customer. If she was the customer she wouldn't appreciate receiving returned food. Needless to say I won't be going to this KFC again. I would think it is against health guidelines to do this. Went to KFC in Meridianville AL and paid by debit card. Next day our account was charged $80 something dollars our meal was $20 something dollars called our bank, had to get a new debit card and eventually got our money refunded to us by our bank. Spoke with the manager of this store twice and she strongly denied it. Only thing out bank statement not only showed the store but the location. Only one in Meridianville. Doordashed food always cold and chewy and I live across the road. service is bad too.
