Domino's Pizza - Meridianville

This is the first time I?ve had an issue with this particular location. I understand staffing is short everywhere, but I?m not sure why no one answers the phone at this location. I placed a delivery order online and it did state the delivery times werehigh, which was not an issue at the time. I tried calling about 40 min after placing the order to see if I could change theorder to a pickup. I sat on hold 20+ min before I hung up. I waited a little longer hoping the order would be delivered. When Ichecked the tracker I realized the order never made it out of the prep stage. I gave it a little while longer and checked thetracker and was surprised to see my order was no longer there !!!! My order had been cancelled/deleted without a call or emailnotification. I checked my account and saw I was refunded for my order.I tried to call again to see if this was a mistake andsat on hold another 20+ min without an answer. This is terrible service whether you?re short staffed or not.

Thank you so much for today! Your delivery driver I did not get his name, but he saved me and my kids today. He helped me when I broke down in your business drive way! For that I am forever grateful!

I've been ordering Domino's for years, and they have never disappointed. Online ordering is fast and easy, with the choice to allocate tips as part of the online order (though I tip the drivers extra in person). The drivers are always friendly and courteous, and seem to be happy to be at your stoop at all hours of the night. They have change and receipts on hand if requested.

Store looks nice. Employee including the GM did not greet us. The hand tossed pizza was thin and had a gel layer. The GM did not upsell or even suggestive sell so we totally forgot that you dont include a dipping sauce for cheese bread. Not the best
