What User doesn't like about Wendy's:
My wife and I stopped by for a quick lunch yesterday. The drive-thru line was very long, so we decided to go inside. However, we found the doors were closed! We checked Google and the information posted inside the restaurant. This Wendy is in freefall catastrophe mode. If you want to get something and have no bad experience to order frits and water. Staff are trying hard, but there's something wrong here. Orders are wrong, cleanliness is bad, everything is inclusive soda. We saw all orders being wrong for the people who were there. All this is a funny surprise after the order. Just now the manager is loudly accused one of the colleagues working there saying No the difference is, I have confidence, you have arrogance. I am on the back of the restaurant and can hear that so I can only imagine working for this guy is a humiliating experience for whoever works there.
My second bad experience in a row at wendys, which now I think I 'm just not eating wendys anymore. The food is good, but everything else is bad. They totally screwed up my order by giving me a double stack with the regular toppings, which is apparently one single ring of onion and two pickle slices. I ordered no pickles and add lettuce. And I expected more than 1 tiny sliver of onion. My diet coke also tasted like coke flavored water because they needed to change the syrup in the back. I didn 't find that out until I drove away. The person who gave us our order mumbled did I give you the food? About 15 seconds after giving it to us. Just overall a bad experience and I 'm not going back.
The last 2 times we went here it was a bad experience. Last time we did an online order to be picked up in the lobby but, when we got there they had just locked the doors due to lack of staff. I had to walk to the drive through window to get someone's attention... Today we were told we would have to wait as they were cooking fresh burger patties. When we got home a few minutes later, one burger was stone cold and the other one was made wrong. Tried to call the store and the phone is disconnected, tried calling/messaging corporate but it was outside of business hours. Awesome customer service! Hopefully management will get this message!
Found an unidentified insect in my food. If I could give zero stars I would. The worst part is I'd ordered two sandwiches and already finished one, and didn't notice until halfway through the second. I've already contacted the food safety dept for Idaho.
Unfortunately I ALWAYS GET MY ORDER WRONG! I’ve try going different times of the day, dine in, delivery, and somehow they continue to mess up my order. The staff is super young and does not pay attention to what we say. The manager does not seem to be very concerned about the mistakes, and in fact made mistakes in my order a couple of times as well. It is just upsetting because I like the food, and the location is super convenient.
