The food and service was excellent, but I was disgusted with the cleanliness of the restaurant. The ledge by our table had at least a quarter inch of dust built up which had to have been there for quite some time. The floor was littered in trash and old food. It was obvious that no one had cleaned in months; if the dining area was this dirty, I am scared to see the kitchen. View all feedback.
Red Robin is not my first place to go, but the man made it worth it. Not with food, but with hospitality and the way they wore. We had a waitress who literally took the price of my chicken salad because I said it was a little over boiled. $13 just from the price of the bill. How do you do that? I'll tell you what, I love this idea. I mean, I still ate the food, but she was contradictory. How could I say no? I really enjoyed my time here.
So, they don't google pay inside, but you can pay and pick up before order google so I waited for someone and my kids were hungry, so I ordered takeout online and they just gave it to us here at the table because everything I had was Google payment! You are so accommodating and I am very satisfied!!!! Music is good and fun for children!
The first time at Red Robin. I enjoyed the Scorpio Burger! Fries were great and the server was nice. It was extremely busy and the servers were ALL. It was a loud, busy atmosphere where I could enjoy life and enjoy my burger after an unusually hectic day (in my head).
We had a great experience. Our server handled our large group with ease. The orders were correct. The food was tasty. They could work on cleaning the front doors with glass cleaner.
The service was exceptional. Friendly, fast and the food came out correct and fresh and hot. We've been to all of the Red Robin's in the valley and this one by far exceeded our expectations. We will gladly travel further to be greeted with good food and good service.
