The food and service was excellent, but I was disgusted with the cleanliness of the restaurant. The ledge by our table had at least a quarter inch of dust built up which had to have been there for quite some time. The floor was littered in trash and old food. It was obvious that no one had cleaned in months; if the dining area was this dirty, I am scared to see the kitchen. View all feedback.
Red Robin has great food but they got rid of the Caesar Wrap. That was the main reason for going there. I was pretty bummed. I ordered the Chicken strips instead and they're really good. Prices are high like any other place. I would give them five stars if they had my wrap. Oh, the waitress was amazing! Never in my life have I met a waitress as friendly and on top of things like this girl. I wish I could remember her name.

Our server was friendly, but the wait was a bit long. Food needed a bit of improvement. This is our neighborhood red robin. Front staff need a bit more customer service friendliness. Ambiance was decent. They also provided a baby sling which was very convenient and helpful.
Service has gone way down and leaves a lot to be desired. 1/2 hour wait and then our group was ignored another 15 minutes. They messed up our drinks and then brought my salad without any dressing and took another 5 minutes to get another server back to the table. They didn't clear the table of empty glasses and the appetizer tray. Some of the poor service could be overlooked, but they've increased their prices quite a bit and for that kind of money I would expect better service. Our bill was almost $80 for three burgers and drinks and one appetizer. $25 each for burgers and fries is pretty outrageous.
Been going here for years and will not be back. Service was extremely slow. Food was marginal. Staff would walk by and not clear tables. Took almost five minutes to get silverware. And I am tired of hearing about staffing issues. How about making sure that the staff you have provide quality service. If they can’t close the doors. It’s better than destroying your entire franchise.
