Ram Brewery - Meridian

Ram Restaurant and Brewery was pretty good. I ordered the Cheeseburger Veggies were fresh and meat was cooked to my liking. For an Appetizer my Dad ordered the Pretzel sticks with Cheese. Cheese wasn't my cup of tea. A little bland but still 3/5 . Pretzels were salted up and tasted great without cheese. Soda was nice and bubbly sprite has a different taste everywhere but was really good here. Didn't have to wait long for a seat asap-5 minutes. Gets most busy during football season. Staff was nice and checked up on us for the most part. TVs are visible no matter the seating. Not to noisy and bathrooms were clean.

Our experience was phenomenal. Our waitress, Drew, was outstanding. From the moment she arrived at our table to the moment departed the restaurant, she was caring and friendly. The Chef and kitchen staff was top notch! The chicken strip and fish n chips were so yummy! Crisp on the outside, tender and flaky on the inside. Perfection! Thank you so much for making our experience so wonderful.

CHECK THEM OUT! The last time we were here was in May of 2021. Not a good time, not a good experience. It has CHANGED! I asked my wife if we could dress up and go out for dinner tonight. She asked where we were going and I was hesitant to tell her. She was not happy. PATRICK changed how we feel about the RAM. He greeted us at the door and quickly took us to a table. He gave us our menus and said our server will be right with us. He quickly turned around and said, hi, I am Patrick and I will be your server tonight. I knew then it was going to be a good night. Patrick had great service and an awesome personality. He was quick with his banter and jokes. It was like a dinner and a show. After our dinner was served Patrick had to take on other tables that were already seated as a another server became sick and had to leave. He never missed a beat. The food was good but service was AWESOME! We took advantage of the BOGO Tuesday special. We were having such a great time I forgot to use my discounted gift cards I purchased at Costco. 2 X $50 for only $79,99. Not to worry, we will be back. Patrick, thank you for making tonight a wonderful experience for us.

Food is always great. Great beer. Never busy. Seems we have a new waitress every time we go, but they do a good job. Make sure your bill is right before paying. Prices are always reasonable.

I used to love going here. But this last time the burgers were not cooked the way we ordered them, the service was slow, waitress was inconsiderate, the manager was unprofessionally drinking at the bar with friends, and all of our food was marginal. And when we asked about possibly fixing our burgers (when they weren’t cooked to match our order) the kitchen was “closed” and a pathetic $4 discount was applied. When your bill is $154 and you discount an incorrectly cooked meal (was ordered medium rare/got well done) the right thing to do would be to take it off the bill. Not apply a pathetic discount of $4.
