Papa Murphy 's Take 'n ' Bake Pizza

I have ordered pizza here before and the pizza was great. However, my son went in to apply for a job and the manager hired him on the spot. He was told to come in on Wednesday to sign paperwork with the manager and he was in a meeting and told him to come back Friday. So he did and was told the manager was out of the store taking a nap. My son called several times after that to get paperwork done and be put on the schedule and they never called him back. Not cool to do to a 16 year old who just wants to work. It really hurt his feelings. Not impressed

Placed an order online at 11am to be picked up at 2pm. Got the email that order was received. Ordered a gluten free and a custom medium pizza. Went in to pick up my order. Was informed they did not have gluten free so they couldn't fulfill my order. No prior notification was sent to inform me that my order couldn't be fulfilled. Extremely frustrated. Cancelled my order.

Its a great in and out with no hassle the staff are friendly but are focused on their work which has no complaints from me id rather have that then someone chit-chating with me when they dont want to. I go here a lot a lot one point I was hitting multiple multiple times a week never had a messup besides the barley occasional oven bubbling but im lazy and I don't watch my food cook so who's really at fault ?

Absolutely horrible customer service. They have a sign up saying other pizza is on sale for a certain price. I asked the girl working to honor the price And she tells me that she cannot do that. I explain to her that if you have the sign up you should honor it as part of good customer service and she refused to do so so I told her I would talk to the manager the next day which is today and I called him and explained it to him and he said the sign is no longer up. Explain to him that I have a picture of the sign and what happened yesterday and Asked if he would please honor the price and he said no because the signs are longer up. Horrible customer service and horrible management maybe they need to get somebody a little older than I was the ins and outs about taking care of the public.

This afternoon at 1:40, I came in to get my birthday pizza. A young man named John at the entrance helped me, and I've encountered him a few times before. He is always so polite and friendly. The pizza is consistently excellent as well. Thank you so much for the birthday pizza and for providing a great experience every time!
