Nothing Bundt Cakes - Meridian

I tried to order a cake over the phone, but was directed to order online instead. However, when I went to their website, I couldn't find a time for pick-up. In the past, when I tried to order in person, they told me they weren't ready and to come back later. It seems like this restaurant operates as if the internet and phones don't exist. It would be helpful if they had a website or phone number that actually worked. I just want to give them my money!

The most recent experience I had at this bakery was disappointing. I arrived around 6:15, expecting them to close at 7pm, only to be told that their registers were already closed. I needed to order a cake for work the next day, but they refused to take my order. While their cakes are delicious, their customer service is lacking. It's frustrating to make the trip to their Meridian location only to find them closed. I wish they would communicate their hours better and respect their customers' time and effort. I would rather support a small business that values their patrons.

My experience with them was absolutely perfect! I placed my order, they completed it on time, and it looked beautiful. But most importantly, the cake was the best I have ever had! It was moist, incredibly tasty, and the frosting was the perfect complement. They have perfected it!

I have recently placed several items at various locations throughout the country and that was the only location that would not deliver. when I sent the recipient to pick up the order, they said there were no orders (although I had a confirmation number). I called the load to help solve the problem, and the voicemail informed me that they did not take any calls. I am not sure how to receive customer support or help or even order for business if they cannot submit a call. overall the experience was more than frustrating and disappointing.

They don't answer their calls.I emailed and there's no answer.But anyway, I planed an order online and that was fine. we ordered a dozen and so we tried every flavor and it was just flavorless. So much so we weren't too sure if we were having vanilla or not until we tried the lemon and decided it was vanilla by process of elimination as they both looked alike. They were moist but very bouncy and no taste.
