We really enjoyed the Japanese pan noodles and the spaghetti with marinara, along with the tofu and side green salads. Everything was very good. Although there isn't a dedicated vegan menu, they are able to modify many items to create a satisfying vegan meal. The staff had no issues accommodating our requests and were very efficient. What User doesn't like about Noodles Company:
I think the only real vegan thing they wear is the Japanese pan noodles that are delicious! but they can make many modifications! including changing noodles in certain dressed, so it is vegan. View all feedback.

The menu does not label vegan options and the staff are not knowledgeable. The Vegan Express app is not up to date on the vegan options. I think only the Japanese Noodle Bowl is vegan.
My wife and I love this restaurant! This place was clean and staff friendly and professional. Great noodle dishes and super delicious chicken. These restaurants also have a Coca-Cola brand soda machine that outputs an EPIC amount of flavored drinks see pictures. Transport on Eagle street can sometimes be difficult, so it is a little difficult to either enter or leave the parking lot, but this is the nature of things.
Ordered the Alfredo MontAmore and only got noodles with the chicken...No tomato, spinach or mushrooms, just plain chicken Alfredo basically. Ended up adding my own tomatoes to it because I had some already. False advertising if you're not going to put everything you claim will be put in the dish.
Don’t waste your time going to the eagle location. Milwaukee location hands down has better service. Came with my newly one year old and she gets the tortellini kids meal but we sub out tomato sauce for Alfredo sauce. I was told by the cook they cannot do that which the other location has no problem with doing so. So I ordered her Alfredo on the side as they refuse to sub the sauce on her noodles. Not only was it and extra 1.33 for her sauce, the cook then questioned the cashier to make sure I was charged for the extra sauce. Her noodles came out cold and obviously plain and I had to dump the sauce on her noodles. Not sure why the cook couldn’t just sauce the noodles like any other dish they make.
