Kona Grill Boise - Meridian

The food was good, and the restaurant has a lovely atmosphere for a special dinner, but it was freezing inside.

This is definitely not a restaurant for friends and family gatherings! The music was incredibly loud, making it extremely difficult to hold a conversation. It felt more like being in a bar.

Our experience was disappointing on multiple occasions due to delays in the kitchen. After placing our order, it took 45 minutes for the appetizers to arrive. While the staff was great, we didn't expect such long wait times for service.

In general, eating was very average and served cold.

The food was okay but the portion was small and the price was outrageous! For less money, I could have bought a similar steak at one of the chains and it would have come with a couple side dishes and bread. Kona included a small lump of mashed potatoes. That's it. And charged 25% more. The service was slow and only okay.
