Our two soft drinks taste... read more Went through the drive through for the first time in a while this afternoon and the employee who took my order was impatient and rude. Our two soft drinks tasted horrible as if other sodas got mixed in. The chicken was very dry and seemed to be sitting outall afternoon. When asked for a side of ranch the employee let out a big sigh and the sauce was never placed in our bag. Willnot be returning to any KFC after today's display of poor quality and abysmal service.

Pulled up to order no response had to call for them to say they were closed due to technical difficulties. Rudewhen answered the phone. No customer service skills.

I just stood there, at t... read more I asked for no mayo, they put Mayo on the sandwich, oh well, I go up to ask for it to be fixed and they ignored me for over 20 minutes. I just stood there, at the register holding my sandwich and they would look at me and simply walk away. I would haveunderstood if it was during a lunch rush but the drive through line was short and there was only one other couple in the diningarea with us. I finally asked is anyone going to speak to me? When the lady said fine, tell me what you need . Little did Iknow my not so small husband has stood up and was standing behind me. This could have been bad, even though it 's kfc, simplecourtesy would dictate that you address someone waiting patiently with their food. I don 't expect gourmet, just basic customerservice would be nice. 0/10 recommend.

It took about 15 minutes to get my food. My burger was okay, but the fries were cold. The establishment was obviously understaffed. The tables weren't cleaned and there were multiple flies landing on the tables eating the uncleanedscraps.
