Johnny Carino's - Meridian

We visited the restaurant on the Sunday before Labor Day, and unfortunately, most of the staff were absent. There were just two servers—one of whom was also the bartender—and the cook took it upon himself to help bus tables and deliver food. It was truly impressive to see how they managed a full house with only about five or six staff members, all while maintaining a positive attitude. This is what hard work looks like! I want to give a shout-out to the entire team, and I hope their supervisor acknowledges their dedication and takes appropriate action regarding those who chose not to show up.

Fantastic Italian restaurant! I really enjoy the background music, and the staff is incredibly friendly! The food is absolutely delicious, with an excellent variety of options. Highly recommended!

I ordered the chicken Parmesan and I highly recommend it. The chicken was cooked to perfection and was not dry at all. The pasta sauce was bursting with flavor in every bite – simply amazing. Out of all the places I've tried this dish (like Cheesecake Factory, Louie's, and Old Chicago), this restaurant prepares it the best. Thank you for genuinely seasoning your food! The portion size was excellent as well; I had enough for two meals, which I was able to take home.

Love. Management is great. Food is great. Drink are great. Short brown female manager with the cute make up seems like she runs a great show with the limited staff she has. Will always come here.

Food was pretty good, besides the fact that my pasta, chicken and veggies were pretty bland. And the other pasta plate we got was also in need of more flavor. A little too expensive for my taste. Other than that. It was great. Service from Hannah was amazing, very quick to keep up with our plates, refilling our drinks and so much more. Keep up the great work best customer service experience I?ve had in a LOOONG time ?. Thank you.
