The pancakes are OK. Had the spicy poblano. It was good but not over the top. It felt like it was missing something to add spice. Waitress only checked on us once to fill out drinks. I was out of water most of the stay. It is a good place if you just want a breakfast quick but there are much better breakfast restaurants in the area with much better customer service. IHOP is as straightforward as it gets when it comes to breakfast restaurants. Sometimes, simplicity is just what you need. I ordered the classic French toast along with a side of hash browns, and both were cooked to perfection and tasted amazing.
If you haven't visited IHOP lately, you should definitely check it out! There's something special about this location that truly captures the breakfast vibe. The food was served quickly and it was amazing. The staff were very attentive and incredibly helpful.
Food was overall pretty good. There was a mistake on a dish from our party and they took it off the bill since we didn't have time for them to remake it. Server was very polite and had refills for our drinks quickly. Would recommend this place for breakfast, lunch, and dinner as there is a wide variety of foods. Service lacked slightly but I feel like that's expected with covid.
I recently had the best IHOP experience ever, all thanks to our server, Isaiah H. His service was extraordinary and impeccable. I highly recommend visiting the Fairview location specifically because of him. Isaiah's friendly and helpful personality made our meal even better. He offered fantastic recommendations and created a wonderful connection with us. He definitely deserves a raise!
