The service at this restaurant was impressively fast and efficient. Despite a long line of cars, as they do not offer indoor dining, they were able to serve everyone in a timely manner, handle payments, and assist with orders. I prefer not to write negative reviews, but I feel it’s important to share our experience with this restaurant. Unfortunately, the salad we received left us with no desire to return. I’ve included a picture, but it doesn’t fully capture how disappointing it was. I had a Flamethrower burger with fries and an iced tea from the drive through. Good burger, good fries. I also go there pretty regularly for an ice cream treat such as a Butterfinger Blizzard. The staff are nice. Fast food atmosphere, except they play a religious music station sometimes, which makes it feel less welcoming for non-Christian folk.
I had an order for 3 people which took a while to get but I think they were lacking staff. I got home with our food and everyone's order was right. They did forget the condiments I asked for on my hamburger ? and the lettuce. However, I did have them at home except for the lettuce. I can't believe how much things there have gone up in price since I was last there.
It was packed when we went and somehow all our food was served cold. We had 3 meals and not a single bit was even warm. This was after waiting 20 minutes for our food. Only reason for 2 stars is for the ice cream.
They got a huge crew ready to serve food up real fast. it's great to see a fast food company that is compensating people well enough and taking that very seriously. this is the biggest crew I've seen in boise area.
We went to this diary queen for free cones. 1. Let me say kudos to this place for which have opened thier dining room. The other Meridian was only open for 4 hours and only for car rides. The resturant was very clean and the staff was all very helpful. We have our cones in the right taste and with the right dip! As a former DQ employee and corporate new store employee, I saw a great DQ team and experience!
