I was not acknowledged when I arrived, and no one took my order. It felt chaotic, with staff treating other customers disrespectfully. I definitely won't be returning.

I had no issues with the ice cream, but a significant problem arose with their cake. Who puts a cake on the floor? I've lived in various cities across the country, and I've never encountered anything like this. I even searched social media to see if anyone else had experienced this oddity, and it seems everyone agrees it's outrageous. I won't be returning to this establishment. When we attempted to cut the cake to serve it, the ice cream broke apart from the solid cake. I even approached the owner to see if this was a mistake, but no—it’s been this way since they opened over 15 years ago because it’s easier for them. Additionally, any image on the Baskin-Robbins website or in their pie books shows the egg placed on top.

Very friendly staff! Nice atmosphere and setting! Nice vibes! I had 3 scoops 2 chocolate and one with cookies . Very tasty icecream. It is recommended!

I had a delightful experience with my young boys. The staff turned it into a fun adventure with promotional ice cream 'hats'! Thank you for the wonderful memories!
