The food at Texas Roadhouse is absolutely delicious. I was fortunate to have Andrew as my server, and he made sure everything was just right. He was incredibly friendly and accommodating—a truly genuine person. I really appreciated how he took the time to ensure I was satisfied with both the service and the meal. I had a disappointing experience at the drive-thru. The staff were quite rude when I requested extra horseradish sauce; they only allowed me to take two packets. If there’s an extra charge for more, I’m okay with that, but I don’t understand why they couldn’t just give me one or two additional packets. My visit was on November 9th at 12:45 PM. Honestly, I'm surprised they would risk losing business over less than $2. I'm very disappointed and will reconsider returning to this location or any others managed by this general manager.
The food was pretty good, and although the dining area wasn't perfectly clean, it was still comfortable enough. I think the problems might be due to a lack of staff. During our last visit, they had to close the dining room midway through our meal. We didn’t feel rushed to finish, but it did mean that new customers weren't allowed in.
I wish I could have my chicken salad all year round, but the turkey was excellent!
Dining at this restaurant was a mixed experience. The dining room wasn't spotless, but it wasn't off-putting either; I believe it may just be a reflection of personal issues. During our last visit, the dining room had to close midway through our meal, but we felt no pressure to rush. It simply seemed that no new guests were coming in.
