We just had this company cater our wedding, and it was fantastic! The various combinations of food are fantastic, and all our guests were complimenting it throughout the evening.Chef Edwin was fantastic and collaborative throughout the process, working with us to make slight variations on his excellent menu items to fit our vision.I'd highly recommend to anyone who wants great food that impresses their guests! What J G doesn't like about Xatrucho At Enigma Bazaar:
Would leave 3.5 stars if I could. Drinks and ambiance are great. Food not so much fried chicken dish was 23 dollars but was two little scoops of chicken we left hungry. Will be back for another performance, but will probably eat somewhere else first. View all feedback.
This place is really cool. We happened upon this place because they had a comedy show advertised on Facebook. It turns out they regularly have comedy shows here and there is an attached art gallery. This building used to be a jazz club called Ziggy's. The bar area is what I'd call fancy-hipster. The art is eclectic. The seating is cabaret style. There was bar service during the show, not table service, but the comedians didn't heckle us when we got up between sets to grab more drinks. The bar serves fancy cocktails and has a limited selection of beer. There is a sitting room separate from the bar, between the bar and the bathroom, where folks not attending the show gathered. The hallway to the bathroom is an experience, dark with blacklight paint, it's a trip. Right now, they only serve tamales for food. But, they are working out a longer term restaurant situation. They do not have a parking lot, but there is usually plenty of street parking in the area.
Great drink menu, food was delicious and the atmosphere was great!

My first visit and just the chill and bohemian but refined atmosphere I was looking for. I swear the bartender could read minds : he was relaxed with great timing. Delicious cocktails- super cool venue and scene.
