This is a great neighborhood wine cellar. I've never walked in without a friendly face asking what they can help me find. And when I take them up on the offer, they always have 4-5 suggestions at various price points. It's mainly a wine cellar as the name would suggest, but they do have some craft beers and liquor for mixed drinks. I even found a great bottle of bitters that I've never had before. What Shawn M doesn't like about Wine Cellars At Stapleton:
I honestly don't know how this place has all of the positive reviews. I'm convinced it's friends and family. They have nothing in stock. The best wine I saw was a 2011 Opus, probably the worst year of Opus in recent years. No selection, no wine. The King Soopers in Glendale has 123,543 more wines than this place. I feel like Yelp let me down for the 25min drive over here. View all feedback.
This cute neighborhood wine shop is great. We came in looking for a gift bottle of wine, and the staff gave great recommendations within our parameters. They were super helpful and friendly. We will definitely be back!
Great neighborhood wine store. Been here once and was impressed by their selection. It's very clean and organized and the staff is very friendly. They offer wine tastings on certain nights which I find very cool. Not only do they sell wine but they also sell liquor and beer. This place is definitely convenient for where I live. I will definitely come back soon for some wine and beer.
Shout out to Wine Cellars at Stapleton. Every time we go there we always have a great experience. They always help us choose fantastic wines. As a matter of fact, we are sitting on our porch having a delicious Pinot Grigio and a lovely Tuscan wine. Please support this small business so that they can prosper and continue to provide an excellent customer experience!
Of the stores with wine in Stapleton, this is the best. The staff is friendly and knowledgable. They stock a limited number of bottles compared to other places, but all of it is high quality. Beer selection is limited. The sell good spirits.
The staff here is not only friendly but also incredibly knowledgeable. They make great wine recommendations and are always eager to chat about various types of IPAs, making shopping a genuinely enjoyable experience. They host wine tastings on Fridays and Saturdays from 4 to 7 PM, and they're set to introduce beer tastings on Saturdays from 12 to 2 PM. Is it unusual that I could easily spend a significant part of my Saturday here? What would really elevate this place to a 5-star rating is what's coming next—they're expanding, and it sounds like there might be a wine bar in the works! Even though I don’t live in Stapleton, I can tell the neighborhood would really benefit from that!
